Root Cause Analysis Workshop
In October we hosted a workshop, presented by Ingrid Flemming, from IFM Quality Services in Australia, entitled "Root cause analysis in action!"
The workshop was a practical guide on the purpose, pitfalls, conduct and solutions of root cause analysis (RCA), which means deeply analysing problems within the quality management system. It was well received by the participants and we look forward to hosting more workshops during the course of next year.
